Purpose: Constant changes in technologies and business models have led organizations to take new strategies to quickly seize opportunities and avoid future destructive risks. Open foresight is one of the new strategies that emphasize both internal and external skills and capabilities, enables organizations to identify new ideas for innovative products and services and overcome the environmental complexities of businesses. The objective of this research is to consider the impact of open futures on open innovation with emphasis on the Framework of Competitive Values. Method: The research methodology in this paper is based on the Delphi method of experts and panelists and Delphi experts have been used to evaluate the impact of future research knowledge on planning and policy making patterns in planning and development knowledge. This paper is descriptive-explorative and correlational as to the purpose and the processing of data collection and analysis. Findings: The main achievement of this paper has been to identify priority areas for achieving scientific excellence in the textile industry with the participation of all stakeholders. This article has been able to illustrate the impact of different cultures on futurism and open innovation. Conclusion: Structural model path analysis indicates that open foresight with a factor of 0. 43 has a positive effect on open innovation and that humanistic and developmental cultures are strong drivers for open foresight and open innovation and bureaucratic culture is an obstacle to the success of projects. Open futures and the promotion of open innovation are considered.

Organizational culture is one of the tools for measuring the function of organizations. Moreover, organizational decisions taken by a shift in organizational culture affects the functions of the organization and increases its effectiveness. The current research aims at identifying the desired organizational culture in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (I. R. I. B) to provide strategies for cultural change. The research method is mixed. Evaluation indicators, components, aspects of organizational culture, and field threats and opportunities were identified by interviewing the media correspondents. Then these indicators were integrated with a tool for measuring organizational culture to identify the status of I. R. I. B. ’ s organizational culture in line with Competitive Values, levels of cultural dynamism and the six organizational features, in both existing and desirable situations. Subsequently strengths and weaknesses have been extracted. The statistical population of the research includes news, TV broadcast and planning fields. The research findings show that the dominant discourse in the current status of organizational culture in I. R. I. B. is hierarchical and cultural convergence is not observed in the levels of cultural dynamism and the six organizational features. While in a desirable situation, the emphasis should be placed on the characteristics of both progressive culture and market culture. Meanwhile, by using SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) techniques, strategies in the areas of “ structure and planning” , “ content and message” , “ infrastructure and technical” , cyber space and human resources have been planned and suggested.

This paper addresses a situation in which a firm is willing to locate several new multi-server facilities in a geographical area to provide a service to customers within a queue system. As a new assumption, it is also considered that there is already operating competitors in such system. This paper is going to find the location of facilities in a way that the market share of the entering firm is maximized. To this end, the simultaneous minimization of total cost and the maximum idle time in each facility are considered as two objective functions in the model. The total cost consists of two parts: (1) the fixed cost for opening a new facility, and (2) the operational costs for the customers, which depends on travel time to the facility and the waiting time at the facility. In addition, in order to make the problem more adapted to real-world situations, two new constraints on budget and the number of the servers in each facility are added to the model. Eventually, to tackle the suggested problem, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and a non-dominated ranked genetic algorithm (NRGA) are utilized. Finally, the performance of algorithms is investigated by analyzing a set of test problems.

This paper presents a Framework to prioritize the supply chain strategies (SCS) according to all involved criteria, including objectives, process characteristics, product types, and environmental and demand conditions, to gain Competitive advantages. This process has been done for the entire SC and upstream, downstream companies, and the focal companies of SC separately. Literature review and nominal group technique were used to identify customized criteria and SC strategies. Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision-Making techniques, including FDEMATEL and FANP, were used to structure the causal diagram and prioritize the entire and each section of SC. The case study is an industrial electronic supply chain (ESC) that produces condition monitoring devices. This is the first study on SC strategies for the entire SC and each section separately and implemented in an ESC. In addition, this is one of the few studies on flexibility requirements evaluation in supply chain strategies.

Background The contemporary thinkers of management sciences outline moralization in their works as a requirement for public management. Indeed, applicable perspective to ethics is the main priority of successful managers. The main objective of this paper is to design a pattern that could state ethics in more practical form for public managers. Method The present study is a mixed research. The statistical population includes academic experts and executive managers of executive offices of Tehran, Khorasan, Qazvin and East Azarbayejan provinces who have superior performance. The sample of study includes 145 managers that they were selected by cluster sampling. They were assessed by interview and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by multi factorial analysis and LISREL software. Results The results show that public administrators conduct their duties in all four schools of normative ethics (Deontology, relativist, Teleology, Virtues) combined. On the other hand, relativist ethics has been addressed in its both individual and social dimension. Conclusion Today, ethics is essential for public management. An eclectic view can support managers in carrying out their affairs ethically. On the other hand, reducing today’s administrative problems can be reduced by the spread of ethics principles and public manager`s conscious awareness.

Introduction: The ethical dimensions of agriculture need to be explored, distinguishing between ethics in agriculture and ethics of agriculture. Ethics in agriculture is traditionally based on abstract moral theory, formulated through logical reasoning, but often found inadequate to address the complex ethical challenges within agriculture due to its abstract nature and lack of practical visibility. Conversely, ethics of agriculture is approached within a context-specific Framework derived from the research topic with the aim of providing more tailored solutions. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of the relevant literature is conducted, using a descriptive-analytical approach to provide a conceptual Framework for understanding agricultural ethics. Conclusion: The article highlights the critical need for a comprehensive ethical Framework to address the multifaceted ethical challenges in the agricultural sector. The importance of analyzing and resolving ethical dilemmas at all stages of agriculture is underscored in order to align practices with human ideals and to ensure ethical decision-making by stakeholders involved in agriculture.
